Jinzhou Karham Co., Ltd. was founded in May 2006 with a registered capital of US$ 0.95 million, covering an area of 10000 square meters. Karham is a joint venture specializing in design, development and manufacture of carbon brushes and carbon brush frame assemblies for auto alternators, starters and micro motors.

Karham attaches great importance to product quality and was awarded certifications of ISO/9001:2000 and ISO/TS16949:2002 in July 2008, ISO/14001:2004 in December 2009 and ISO/14001:2015 in March 2016. The stability and consistency of products has consequently been guaranteed by strictly implementing these standards and process control.

Committing itself to “building the best professional assembly enterprises”, Karham introduced international advanced production technology and management systems, adopted imported equipments and raw materials and independently design and develop carbon brushes and carbon brush frame assemblies.

Karham invested 10 million RMB to set up carbon brush workshop in 2009. The company also imported 15-ton, 30-ton & 50-ton molding machines, heat treatment furnace, decomposing furnace and TR automatic grinding machine from South Korea to ensure stable quality.

Karham introduced advanced equipments to produce different types of carbon brush frame assemblies applied to the models of PMP Φ70, PMP Φ74, PMC Φ76, JSP112 Φ67, JSF120 Φ80, JSF250 Φ87 and PG260 etc. with rated voltage of 12V-24V and rated power of 1.2KW-5.0KW. At present, Karham supplies to Jinzhou Halla Electrical Equipment Co., Ltd., Hubei Remy Motor Co., Ltd., Ningbo YUANZHOU Auto Electric Equipment Co., Ltd. and other large companies. Its products mainly apply to the alternators and starters of domestic and overseas major automobile and engine manufacturers like Beijing Benz, Beijing Hyundai, KIA, Shanghai GM, South Korea Hyundai, Doosan, etc.
